Methodology & caveats
Counts are compiled from public reporting and Lord Mark Pack's running tracker. Some early names are dated to the month of the public report rather than the exact resignation/suspension date. Where a council is recorded as "Not stated", the underlying report did not identify it. The baseline intake of 2,130 combines 677 councillors won in May 2025 and 1,453 won in May 2026.
